Portable RichEdit is the portable version of RichEdit software - a free text editor that was mainly designed and created to run on Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8, aiming to provide a replacement of Microsoft WordPad.
The interface is based on tabs for editing multiple files and better open document manipulation.
The editor contains tools for both Programmers and non-programmers. Although its main objective is to edit RTF and TXT files but it has also some features that aren't expected to be seen from a normal text editor without a Syntax highlighting support.
